Changing of blankets as necessary and up to 3x depending on weather conditions

Putting on/removing fly sheets and fly masks during summer and warm weather

Fly spray twice a day when necessary. ( Prior to turning out, also as necessary)

Medication administration and treatments necessary for illness / injury. 

Weekly thorough horse grooming, including bridle path, ears, and fetlocks (whiskers and eyebrows at request from owner).

Monthly mane pulling / trimming upon request.

Monthly bathing, weather permitting. 

Tails braided/bagged and maintained.

Concierge arrangement of blanket repair / replacement, billing arranged with vendor by owner.

Fall and spring vaccination scheduling and handling for veterinarian. Billing arrangements to be made prior to appointment with veterinary office by owner.

Scheduling of farrier service and handling for farrier. Billing arrangements to be made prior to appointment with farrier by owner.

Regular worming. Barn will provide wormer, administration, and maintenance schedule.

Weekly laundry service of saddle pads, polos, bandages. No blankets in stable laundry machines. Blankets and sheets can be laundered monthly by request. 

Monthly weighing and condition evaluation. Owner will receive results via email/text, and any adjustments to feed will be reported to owner.
